No one knows how Slumber City got its name, but the residents have embraced it. Sleep-themed businesses and restaurants sprinkle the downtown district. So when they were awarded their sports team, they knew they needed a nocturnal bird as their mascot. The team even has a better record in night games than day games. Unfortunately, they play more day games during the season. Though they have yet to win any titles, they’re always in the playoffs.
