One of the winningest teams in the western conference, the Kingbirds may have three championships to their name, but they’re also no strangers to controversy. Somewhat problematic players aside, no one can deny the talent they have on their roster season after season. The worst of their offenders have been cut from the team, but they still have a bit of a reputation across the league. The people of Warwick don’t seen to be bothered by any of this as it’s hard to walk down the street and not see at least a few people in their yellow and gray.

There are numerous kingbird species in the US. Warwick uses the western kingbird, a bird that truly is yellow and gray. Kingbirds have a red “crown” that is seldom seen and in this case provides a nice accent of red to the yellow and dark gray team colors.
